Alliance Bus Group Receives Five-Star World Class Customer Service Award

Alliance Bus Group Recognized for Superior Customer Service

ATLANTA, GA | October 31, 2012Alliance Bus Group, a family of bus sales and service dealerships headquartered in College Park, GA, has been awarded the Five-Star World Class Customer Service Award in the category of “Servant Culture” by Smart Business Magazine which recognizes companies excelling in the field of customer service.

The yearly Five-Star World Class Customer Service Awards honors the top Georgia-based companies that emphasize the importance of customer service in their business models and philosophies.  To be eligible for the prestigious award, companies must be nominated by a 3rd party and then selected by a panel of judges based upon customer service philosophy, work culture that promotes and encourages exceptional customer service and systems in place to ensure the execution of service. After a detailed review of company philosophy, culture and systems supported with in-depth case studies, analysis and customer testimonials, companies are then awarded a World Class Customer Service Award based upon an area of specialty.  Alliance Bus Group was specifically selected in the field of “Servant Culture” highlighting their commitment to customer servitude.
